New Friend

Since yesterday evening, I have a guest at home. We are already close friends and I’ve the impression that we will live together from now on. Monday evening a female cat came next to me on the stairs at the University. She wanted that I pet her and I’ve did it. She looks like if she got a surgery on her left arm (or front leg!). It was dark, but I’ve noticed a minor scratch on the skin. I told her “go home, if you got a surgery that’s because you have an owner. I can not take you with me.” She replied “meww”. I left her and went to home.

Yesterday, at the end of the afternoon, there she was again in the same place. This time, she was dirty and she seemed lost. I’ve approached but it seemed she have not recognized me. I’ve taken the cat on my arms and went to home.

Next step… to go shopping!

Next step… gave her food and… a bath!

After a bath with antiseptic, I’ve tried to look carefully her body, but I had any luck. Well, I think the cat is a female; at least it behaves as my unforgettable boneca dead on January 8th, 2003. The female cats eat always by installments, while male cats eat everything at once. I do not want be pornographic, but yes… I’ve tried to open the cat legs to check, but the cat is too shy. On the floor, I’ve raised the cat tail but I didn’t saw any… balls.

The cat is black/dark brown, with yellow/green eyes. It’s little and does not have more than 3 pounds. However the coat has approximately 5 cm long, as the Persian cats. I’ve removed two ticks from her ears and putted a collar anti ticks and fleas. The kitten stills in very bad shape. She did not have any surgery; some asshole has tried to shave her with a razor. The marks are visible along the naked body. The scratched are located on the difficult parts to shave. Stupid kids… no doubts.

Try to imagine a cat with long coat and shaved on one side, like a punk. One of these days, I’ll show you some pictures. First I want to treat the little infected scratches. Let’s go to the chemistry to buy some anti-parasitic and healer medicine.

Humm, I need to buy more food, she ate an entire tin of cat food (400 grs) since last night.
