Online Pregnancy Test

Science is amazing… Unfortunately is not so amazing as the Internet.

Did you have seen the movie Junior ? Can you believe that a man can be pregnant?! For the male readers: are you sure you are not pregnant?! Take the test.

I’ve done the test twice. First with a male name… surprise, surprise…

Miguel is pregnant, and it is a boy. On the second test I’ve changed the name to Maria. Again, Maria is pregnant but this time is a baby girl.

The website can also predict the baby father! From now on, the human being does not need to buy a pregnancy test. This test is 100% garanteed, all of us are pregant. So do a very happy face because you are going to be a Mommy or Daddy, depending on your point of view.

Feeds

I’ve installed the new MSN version (8.5). I was reticent since many people says it is a worthless version. Anyway, I decided to try it. Of course the firewall had not accepted the connection, however I’ve solved the problem. I’ve installed also a mail package… I could have my personal e-mail account there and separately the work account in thunderbird. It was a nice attempt…I still can not download mails from the clix website if I do not have a clix connection.

The advantage is that I can check the feeds there. Yes… the feeds corresponding to your blogs and some other stuff to distract me. The IE was not checking the feeds (a problem that only Microsoft could solve) and Mozilla does not have such ability. So, times to times (ok, averagely one time each 2 months) I took a manual tour to the blogs. Don’t blame me, I do not have so much time as you to be always up to date. Why I’m not using Firefox?! Simple… I’m tired of having the BSOD.

If Windows Live Mail will check the feeds without problems, you can be sure to have some more comments about your writings, i.e., if (and only if) you write something significant. @:-p

Google Always in Advance

I really don't know how Google manages the advertisements.

Sometimes it seems that I have a female IP, like this time. Check the image below... do you see the pub on the right column?! This is the new Alberto's blog (in Portuguese)

Or... perhaps Alberto is concerned and has made a special @verb for me like he has made in his parrot (#1469). Each time I enter in his room I have the parrot greetings:

Parrot [to natinha] Craah! Ola gostosona!

Ei... I've found a little mistake... Alberto you need to put the two dots (:) after the [to natinha].

Anyway, if someone is concerned about me, do not worry. I know which is my fertile period (and that includes Google too)! :D

UMinho connectivity

Many of you knows that the connectivity to University of Minho have been shut down these last 2-3 days. It seems that some asshole while doing a cleft with a caterpillar machine has cut a cable of optic fiber. Why people do not take a map of wires and pipes that are underground to check if they can work safely or not?! Well… it was just a cable, right?!

The same asshole could break a pipe of water. It would be just a pipe of water, so why worry about that?! The same case as if it was a pipe of gas, right?! But in this example, somewhere the asshole should be assist to a detonation before dying. Why to get worried?! It would be just a pipe of gas.

That’s the Portuguese style of work: To do everything as soon as possible with minor effort and without a plan. Ok, sometimes is to do everything at the last minute and badly done (without a plan too).

Honestly, I can not understand these minds. People should work properly, safely and with determination. Instead of that people are incompetent, indulgent and lazy. At this point, I take a deep breath and I continue with my own life style.

Web Browser

Some of my readers have complained about this blog. :-) No... nothing about you are thinking.

I really don't know what the problem was on using IE 7.0 to visualize the webpage. At the beginning I thought it was a question of feeds. At the bottom of this page you'll find another feed (from feedburner) that you can subscribe if you are getting problems.

For those who subscribes via e-mail, I just want to advertise that sometimes I re-edit the posts correcting some minor orthographic errors. I hope you do not complain about the repeated e-mails. I always try to post the correct version, but I'm human therefore... sometimes I commit errors. For somewhat reason I'm writing in English.

About IE 7.0, I'm glad the problem is fixed.
